1. If you are willing to change your thinking, you can change your life.
  2. The best thing that you can do for yourself is to love yourself. Learn to really love yourself.
  3. If you change yourself with love, all the change that follows are all positive.
  4. Do not betray yourself by not fulfilling the thing you said you will do. Always say “could” rather than “should. So if for any reason you haven’t done what you said, at least you didn’t say should.
  5. Listen to how people say through inflection. Inflection is a great tool for you to hear what people are really trying to say not by merely listening to the words they utter.
  6. Start becoming aware of what you are doing. Make every effort a conscious decision.
  7. Speak to yourself in the mirror and say to yourself, “(your name) I love you so much. I really, really do.
  8. Before you open your eyes in the morning, start by becoming grateful like, “Thank you bedroom that was a very wonderful sleep”. And before you look around, always start your day by thinking happy and positive thoughts so when you step your feet on the floor, you will not feel dragged but excited about life.
  9. Love life and believe that life loves you as well.
  10. What we give out, we get back.
